Quoted to the property, condition and scope. Any applicable weekend or Victorian public-holiday staffing costs are included in the written quotation.
Weekend and Victorian public-holiday rates reflect the higher cost of employing cleaners at those times. The applicable rate is displayed for each service. When a public holiday falls on a weekend, the public-holiday rate replaces the weekend rate; the two rates are not added together.
Products and equipment: Cleaning products are included. Customers must provide a working vacuum, mop and bucket at the property. Our cleaners do not bring cleaning equipment.
All prices shown are indicative starting rates. Final pricing is confirmed in writing, and every booking remains subject to availability and written confirmation.
Prices are per cleaner, per hour. Three-hour minimum per cleaner. Two cleaners working for three hours equals six cleaner-hours. Weekend and Victorian public-holiday rates reflect the higher cost of employing cleaners at those times, and the applicable rate is displayed for each service. When a public holiday falls on a weekend, the public-holiday rate replaces the weekend rate; the two rates are not added together. Final pricing depends on the property, condition, service requirements, access, parking and availability, and is confirmed in writing.
